We are looking for a Snr IT Project Manager, to join an exciting innovative ecommerce fulfilment business who build their own systems Fulfillment / warehousing systems (WMS), by default are a Tech first organisation.

As the Snr IT Project Manager You will have solid background in business systems delivery management and leadership with experience in organizations which develop their own software in the areas of e-fulfillment, warehousing (WMS) and supply chain. You will be a capable delivery and systems project manager with proven ability to lead the analysis and also analyse yourself required changes such that solutions developed are fit for purpose and align with product strategies.

Experience in integrating fulfilment or warehouse management systems with ecommerce and retail platforms is essential as my client has a rapid growing ecommerce client base and will be integrating with new clients. Exposure to warehouse automation will be a significant advantage also. The ability to lead and steer deliver of multiple projects alongside small change while maintaining effective engagement with the business is paramount for this Snr Project Management position. As the Snr IT PM you’ll be used to running teams including Software Developers, Business analysts, software Testers and Implantation engineers. Alongside delivering Software and WMS Systems you’ll have an Agile background coupled with Prince 2 methodology.

Experience / Skills

• Experience with Logistics and/or Logistics systems / WMS essential
• Previous Project Management experience essential (minimum 5 years)
• Project Management certification(s) such as Prince2, Prince2 agile, PMP, APM essential
• Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously essential
• Experience with IT tools and applications, e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow, etc. desirable
• Experience of dealing with competing priorities and managing own workload
• Delivering results & meeting customer expectations through a team
