We are looking for a passionate, curious and motivating industry professionals to join our team as a Specialist Trainer to deliver our Accountancy programmes and share their expertise and experiences with cohorts of motivated and engaged learners .

Summary of role

Manage all third-party providers, provide high level support to stakeholders, colleagues and external providers.

Core Values and Summary of Principle Accountabilities

• Manage and oversee user accounts across the business including active directory, office 365 and other collaborative software’s.
• Manage Microsoft stack – Azure, Intune, Conditional Access Policies, Azure resources.
• Provide solutions for new and existing premises, assisting with IT equipment transitions.
• Work to maintain ISO27001 and Cyber essentials plus accreditations.
• Create tenders and produce a cost analysis on a 3 yearly basis to ensure value for money and efficiency of service.
• Offer technical support and solutions to business functions.

Brief person specification

Essential Qualifications

• Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
• Level 3 IT Infrastructure qualification or equivalent
• Level 4 AAT qualification

Skills and experience

• Demonstrable experience of working in an IT Management capacity
• Extensive experience of Microsoft Windows Technologies
• Experience of Microsoft Stack, specifically Azure Active Directory, Intune, Power Automate and CA Policies
• Experience of managing and mentoring a IT team
• Knowledge of M365 suite, including hands-on experience with M365 administration and SharePoint
• Experience of using mobile phone technology and applications – Android and iOS
