Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for infrastructure, platforms, and security? We are looking for an IT Manager to oversee our IT environment. This role offers the chance to work in a hands-on capacity, managing our comprehensive IT infrastructure and security, including cyber-security (Sophos based), backups, housekeeping, and maintenance routines.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the IT infrastructure service, ensuring robust and secure systems that evolve with the company.
• Oversee effective back-up and disaster recovery systems, conducting regular tests and improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date hardware and software inventory, continually optimizing our IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT security, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and staying ahead of potential threats.
• Provide training and support to the IT team and the wider company, ensuring high standards of service.
• Be the out-of-hours contact for IT issues, guaranteeing smooth and uninterrupted IT operations.

What We Need From You:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT management.
• Relevant degree or comparable experience.
• Proficiency in server administration (MS Server OS/Active Directory/Hybrid Exchange).
• Strong skills in SharePoint, Azure Administration, MS365, Sophos UTM, Veeam Backup, and more.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with various stakeholders.
