IT & Digitisation Commercial Manager (Remote)

Salary: £55,200 – £63,000 per year

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a IT & Digitisation Commercial Manager for a 12 Month contract based remotely.

Purpose of the Role:

The Commercial Manager, IT & Digitisation, will be working with our Business Units and the central IT Team to manage the day to day maintenance, development, delivery and implementation of IT system solutions for the Civil Aerospace General Counsel function and/or the wider business for other user groups. As a IT & Digitisation Commercial Manager (Remote) you will be responsible for:

Manage deployment across Civil Aerospace of the Commercial Authorisation digitisation system within the Customer Hub (Microsoft Dynamics)
Manage delivery of business requirements capture (including other company system integration requirements) and support the system design specification review for the chosen system/supplier
Manage systems implementation to plan in the business and data structure and solution architecture definitions. Lead the production and agreement of business benefit cases across Civil Aerospace in support of capital scheme submissions.
Manage system integration in the business and user acceptance testing programmes, drafting of test scripts, project communications and the creation and delivery of system user training packages for new systems
Manage system Go-Live activity including leadership of lessons learned and definition of support plans for end-user issues
Manage post Go-Live issues including engagement with the Superuser network, system maintenance, analysis and instruction of production system fixes with third party providers and management of continuous improvements prioritisation
Deputise for the Head of Digital Enablement and supervise Commercial Officers and Graduates within the team as may be requiredWhat we require from the candidate:
