Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As an Inventory Support Analyst, you will ensure vendor payment happens on time in collaboration with accounts payable. You will also conduct regular communication with the suppliers about invoice discrepancies due to claims or pricing vacancies, offering technical support in the event of Invoice EDI failures.
As part of your key responsibilities, you’ll:
- Review all blocked factory invoices (Exceptional Lines)
- Invoice reconciliation of local vendors’ goods delivered to Dordon & 3PL deliveries
- Provide EDI technical support after training
- Resolve blocked invoices before accounts stop
- Chase vendors for missing invoices
- Respond to network queries on missing 3PL Invoices and missing/ damaged deliveries
- Run Reports within ET2000 – Reporting and escalating problem cases
- Check quantities and prices
- Travel to Milton Keynes as required
About You

Essential
- GCSE or equivalent level of education (including Maths and English)
- Excellent Communication skills including effective listening
- Good IT skills with skills in Microsoft Office
- Proven logical thinker with skills in understanding and interpreting data
- Proven experience in adapting to and leading programmes of change
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Adaptable, resilient and calm under pressure
- Ability to create an inclusive environment
Desirable
- Knowledge of contract/area/processes within UL
- Project Management experience
- Relevant industry experience
- Working experience with the Unipart Way or similar lean / CI techniques
