Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

Cityworx International recruitment division has grown rapidly and we are recruiting an International Recruitment Administrator to join the team and provide support to the recruitment consultants and their clients.

It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of working within the care sector as an administrator, compliance officer or Recruitment Consultant.

Essential skills are attention to detail and being able to follow processes through to completion whilst always communicating with all stakeholders

Main duties of the role:

  • Create folders for overseas candidates ensuring all information is present
  • Update tracker for source and destination information
  • Arrange online screening calls with the recruitment team and overseas candidates
  • Arrange interviews for overseas candidates with clients
  • Email Candidates information pertaining to their interview
  • Email clients relevant documents for successful candidates 
  • Communicate with successful candidates on their visa status
  • Updating clients on candidates visa application status and arrival dates
  • Ensuring compliance procedures are been logged and followed up

Person Specification Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is essential
  • Ability to record information accurately with an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel & database management and emails
  • Well-organised and be able to prioritise responsively
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Good memory – good recall of information
  • Responsive to instructions
  • Ability to follow a job through to the end and to a good standard

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to help deliver efficient and effective international recruitment functions within the team, to ensure a professional level of support and service is given to our agents, and to ensure compliance with current best practice surrounding the use of agents and general good governance in matters of record keeping and finances.

This role requires the post holder to take ownership of processes and support the Recruitment team for a range of logistical and recruitment based activities,

Working closely with the International Recruitment Managers the post holder will support and manage the network of agents to maximize high quality Nurse and Heath Care Assistants applicants.
