Internal Sales Representative

Salary: £26,000 per year

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of an internal sales representative to join the team on a temporary basis.

This is a key role working within a busy department playing a fundamental role in achieving ambitious sales and customer service targets through telephone communication.

Key Duties:

* Responsible for raising and pricing quotes.

* Processing customer orders.

* managing customer queries.

* Converting enquiries into orders at the best possible contribution to maximise profitability within approved pricing levels.

* Regularly review customer account and generate opportunities to manage the business pipeline.

* Promote valued added products and new products to existing customer accounts.

This is an exciting role within the business and would suit anyone who has previous sales or customer service experience and enjoys building rapport with customers.

This role is working Monday to Friday, initially a temporary role but could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
