Internal Sales Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Long-established, company that design and supply of bespoke parts and consumables to the OEM sector. Looking for an organised and likeable professional for our small team to support significant growth plans. (Vacancy due to promotion) Highly regarded by our customers who are well known manufacturers, household names. This position is challenging and rewarding working within a friendly, innovative and collaborative office based team. 

As an Internal Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

• Being main point of contact between customers and technical teams to problem solve and move projects forward 

• The day-to-day management of the team including setting and reviewing KPI’S 

• To assist the team to contribute to the growth margin target through existing customer base 

We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager who has the following skills and experiences: 

• A confident, inquisitive and engaging personality, eager to learn the technical side of the business. 

• Good at retrieving and analysing data, commercial reporting and excel skills. 

• Good customer service, problem-solving and supervisory skills
