Our client is a leading provider of products, solutions and both technical and engineering support for drainage and environmental protection, erosion control and reinforcement and stabilisation projects. Due to UK growth, they now have an immediate need for an Internal Sales Executive to focus on either storm water management solutions or product sales through the builders merchant channel.

As an Internal Sales Executive you will seek to build long term relationships with customers through delivering new business cold calls and ongoing account management. More specifically, you will achieve personal and team sales and margin targets, contact consultant engineers, private and public organisations or builders merchants to provide quotations, provide basic technical assistance and to take orders. This involved role may also require you to negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs and work effectively within a team to ensure market leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1-2 years previous sales experience gained selling products or solutions. It would be advantageous to have previously sold for or into builders merchants. You will be experienced in customer relations, be an excellent communicator, be computer literate and able to work under pressure and to firm deadlines.

The successful candidate can expect a generous 18-25k base salary plus an excellent benefits package.
