Job Description
Dutypoint produces, sells and distributes pump systems primarily to the construction sector for the provision of solutions such as hot and cold water, water pressure booster sets, waste water management systems and fire safety sprinkler systems.

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Estimator to join our Internal Sales team.
The new Internal Sales Estimator will work within a fast paced tendering team, serving inbound enquiries, selecting suitable products and creating quotes to meet customers’ requirements.
The department specialises in supplying clean water booster sets, wastewater pump packages and related equipment. The markets that we serve are HVAC, building services, utilities and general industry.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Fielding inbound enquiries via email and telephone
- Recording enquiry details on to the CRM system and keeping CRM system up to date at all times
- Specifying appropriate pump systems according to customer requirements
- Creating quotations and supporting documents as necessary.
Requirements
Principal Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Competent level of IT skills
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high volume of enquiries
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed and results-orientated
- Prior experience in the pump industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
