An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected and established organisation who operate within the Automotive and Marketing sector. Our client now require further Internal Client Managers to join their growing team on the outskirts of Leeds. They offer a company bonus scheme, onsite parking and genuine prospects to grow and develop with the company.

Due to the location of this business, which is close to the motorway networks, it is preferred that candidates are able to commute to and from work via their own transport.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• To act as the first point of contact for clients
• To oversee and manage the vehicle collection and delivery process
• To work closely with colleagues to request and collate vehicle paperwork and documentation
• To ensure sales deadlines are met
• To make occasional visits to clients

Person Specification

• Experience in Customer Relationship or Account Management role
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and self-motivated
• Problem solver
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Computer literate – proficient in Excel and Word
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
