Internal Bde (Part Time)

They are now looking to expand their team with an EXPERIENCED telesales/ appointment maker and the best bit….They can accommodate candidates wishing to work within school hours!

Main Responsibilities:

• Cold call potential clients
• Develop an excellent understanding of the agency’s services.
• Work closely with the New Business Development Manager to develop and implement a strategy for lead generation.
• Implement and manage a workable lead database.
• Ensure client requirements are fully understood.
• Set and manage clients’ expectations.
• Keep up-to-date with the advertising industry in order to confidently speak to potential clients.
• Demonstrate innovation, creativity and a proactive approach in new business lead generation.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• An excellent, friendly, warm client-facing manner.
• Very confident telephone skills.
• Significant/ demonstrable experience in appointment setting/telesales.
• Good IT skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to set targets.
