Interior Designer / Project Manager

An Interior Designer / Project Manager is required to join a high-end property company based in prime central London that specializes in property management and property finding/buying and sales as well as renovations and construction.

Responsibilities:

– To develop detailed accurate work designs, ideas and plans through the use of Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) software.
– To acquire key information on current and upcoming projects and discuss the details with the client.
– To understand the need and requirements of the client and design concepts in consultation to required standard.
– To research, source and provide samples of target products to clients.
– To supervise / project manage work at both design and site level and assist with any queries.
– To prepare presentation materials and brochures for client and advertising purposes.
– To work in association with the quantity surveyors with project schedules and ensure utilisation of cost and space.
– Work closely in a team to assist office administration work.

Skills and Experience:

– Minimum 2.1 or higher.
– 3 years minimum professional industry experience.
– Knowledge of CAD is essential.
– Creative with good all round awareness of design, colour and 3D.
– To be able to visualise designs and explain to clients.
– Good drawing skills and use of Excel, PowerPoint and CAD software.
– Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills.
