Salary: £360 per day
A global business based in Farnborough are looking for some interim cover working as a Group Financial Reporting Manager. This position will be a period of three months but with a possibility of being extended.
Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager- About The Role
* You will be working closely with the Group Financial Reporting in the preparation of financial reporting deliverables. This role will provide some support during a peak period which will include the year end audit and group annual reporting requirements.
* You will play a key role in the team as part of the Group’s statutory year-end reporting cycle ensuring that the year-end annual report comply with both IFRS and Companies Act.
* The focus of this position will be to support external reporting, however you may be required to involved in a number of projects to include embedding a new organisational structure in reporting, integration of recent acquisitions, control and compliance developments including IFRS 16.
* You will be working within a growing and progressive business environment and therefore you will have experience of working at both a similar level and business environment.
* This is an interim position and whilst is anticipated to start prior to 1st April will fall inside of IR35.
The successful Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager will have:
* ACA qualification
* Top 10 Audit firm background is preferable
* Experience of working at Group Financial Reporting level
* Understanding of IFRS and FTSE listed reporting processes.
