Interactive Producer

Excellent opportunity for an Interactive Producer to work for a global organisation who is the market leader in providing interactive technology solutions at ‘live’ meetings and events in the UK and overseas. The main function of an Interactive Producer is to manage and operate these interactive technology solutions at events and conferences across the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities include:
• Liaising with clients prior to, during and post the events
• Preparing and testing software, apps and hardware prior to events
• Setting up, managing and operating the interactive technology on site and with live audiences
• Attend production meetings and conduct site visits
• Create and edit interactive displays
• Provide a report to the client of the data captured
• Provide internal reports and recommendations to ensure optimal utilisation of system

Minimum requirements:
• Strong computer literacy skills and knowledge of computer networking
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint essential
• Experience of using Photoshop preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and WiFi network skills desirable but not essential
• Full driving license
• Enjoy travelling (up to 30% of the work will involve international travel) and have a flexible approach to working hours (may need to work weekends)
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
• A proactive problem solver
• Be confident and comfortable in client facing situations
• Be able to work autonomously or within a team

This position would suit graduates with a degree in media production, entertainment technology, audio visual technology, music technology or product design with advanced technical skills.
