Insurance Sales

We are a professional Insurance Company that is continuing to grow and expand and therefore are recruiting two additional General telesales or sales Insurance Advisor’s to work with our existing customer base to promote, upsell and cross sell our products and services.This role would suit an experienced sales Insurance advisor or telesales advisor who is target orientated and ambitious and understands and has previously sold general insurance products to consumer or wishes to move into the industry.

You will be working within a team of four Advisor and will be responsible for calling existing / lapsed clients from our extensive customer base to complete the sales process and provide all relevant supportive associated administration.

As a business we will offer extensive training & development and ongoing support from colleagues & mentors whilst offering an excellent opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

The ideal candidate will have

Previous experience in a similar role within Insurance or General Telesales

An excellent telephone manner & sales focused

Good PC Skills and excellent Admin Skills

Self driven & motivated with a desire to succeed within the Insurance Industry or telesales industry

Excellent customer service skills & an ability to negotiate sales business

Excellent attention to detail
