The role will involve working with an existing database of individual clients, so

experience and knowledge across a broad range of consumer PMI products is essential. Key

responsibilities will include: Managing client retention and growing an existing book of business Providing expert advice across a range of healthcare insurance products Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers Converting quotations into sales and confidently overcoming objections Delivering a consistently high level of customer service Completing initial and ongoing product training

Experience Required Previous

experience advising on consumer PMI products for individual clients Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent Strong customer service and communication

skills Good IT proficiency, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
