Installation Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

The Role

We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic individual within the FF&E sector. The role will involve working within the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the smooth delivery of the fitted and loose furniture installation projects.

Key Skills & Duties:

• Monitoring of furniture installations.
• Managing & monitoring labourers & on-site installation.
• Assist the PMO & installation team to resolve & report on any issues on site.
• Liaising between the Main Contractor, fitters & PMO.
• Resolve ad-hoc site issues.
• Carry out detailed site audits prior to the commencement of works to check access, working areas etc.
• Report and act upon any H&S issues on site.
• Monitoring of orders and furniture deliveries.
• Carry out regular photographic site audits to record progress/activity.
• Site meetings
• Snagging & quality control.
• Installation inspections and sign off with the Main Contractor.
• Any other project related activities that may be necessary to deliver the projects.

Qualifications & experience:

• Proven demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a fitted furniture manufacturing business.
• Organised, pro-active, forward thinking with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent at multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment.

The role will be split between on-site and office based and will generally be located within the Southern regions of the U.K.
