AV Installations Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Sitting within the Operations Team, the Installation Manager will be responsible for managing the installation engineers and ensuring they deliver the projects within time, cost and quality parameters.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Schedule and forward plan engineering resource effectively according to project deadlines and budgets
• Manage, on-board and schedule internal and external resource, including drafting contracts, reviewing work quality, and arrange bookings
• Provide realistic lead times to sales team on prospective installations
• Work with service division once projects have closed and under support
• Effectively monitor the internal and external resource work to ensure they are following the quality and health & safety procedures
• Develop, adopt and manage processes, procedures and best practice service levels to ensure projects are delivered successfully
• Actively lead the implementation of the Company’s health and safety policy and ensure the engineers (internal and external) follow our policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as required / when possible
• Escalate issues in a timely manner to senior management

• Avixa CTS, an advantage
• AV experience, an advantage
• AV engineering an experience, an advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
