Injection Mould Setter

We are looking for an Injection Mould Setter for an expanding company in Royton, Oldham.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote and facilitate a lean manufacturing culture

• Promote and manage a safe working environment

• Set machine and processing equipment to specification

• Analyse and implement process improvement solutions

• Identify methods for improving productivity within the production department

• Maintain levels of raw materials and finished goods

• Carry out in-process inspection to required Quality criteria and schedule

• Process optimisation

• TPM & 5’s

You must be an experienced Setter, as the company do not have the time to train anyone. They are looking for someone who will be able to do the job after a few weeks familiarisation with their machines, robots and processes.

Will be working a weekly rotational shift pattern of 06.00 – 14.30 & 14.00 – 22.30, there is no flexibility on this shift pattern.

Salary will be £26,000 – £30,000per year depending on level of experience.
