Location: London
Contract Type: 12 Months FTC
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: A competitive salary of £40,000-£42,000

• Hybrid and flexible working arrangement may be available but this is a full-time position with at least one day per week required at our central London office

Role title responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement effective direct marketing strategies and supporter journeys that support and integrate Fundraising, Advocacy and Communications key objectives;
• Deliver tailored content minimise early attrition, and broaden engagement with FOUR PAWS UK;
• Proactively lead on direct marketing channels that deliver on challenging fundraising and campaigns growth targets;
• Budget, manage and monitor campaign expenditure regularly feeding back on performance;
• Optimise your channels using online digital;

• Plan, manage and execute offline TM, and DM campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to; content selection, approval process, data briefing, and post campaign analysis;
• Manage creative and fulfilment agencies across your areas;
• Set, monitor, and evaluate campaign Key Performance Indicators, with a particular focus on optimising net income and maximizing annual return on investment;
• Produce weekly and/or monthly performance reports for the Senior Individual Giving Officer;
• Seek, test and rollout new DM practices and keep up to date with trends in the sector that will help FOUR PAWS UK grow and diversify audiences.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Demonstrable experience of Direct Marketing project management with a proven track record in donor development.
• Proven track record of achieving individual income targets, managing budgets including forecasting, monitoring and regular reporting against budgets and targets. Results driven!
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written English, and able to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Proven experience of donor relationship management/development and database marketing/development
• Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data and to present data in both statistical and written formats
• Experience of producing budgets, reporting variances against the plan and re-forecasting.
• Proven track record of prioritising a varied workload and experience of handling multiple priorities, excellent time management skills, accuracy and keen attention to detail.
• Experience of managing and working with third-party suppliers to agreed SLA’s and experience of supervisory duties.
• A good understanding and experience of working with databases, and Microsoft Office, Powerpoint
