Independent Financial Advisor (Ifa)

QUALIFIED INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISORS REQUIRED – WITH MIN. 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND PROVEN TRACK RECORD
LOCATION: UK Field Based Role

Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)
This role is on a self-employed basis with no earnings cap, (however, in some cases a salary and other benefits can be agreed depending on status) Average earnings are £96,000 – £120,000
Competitive Self Employed Package, Corporate Chartered Status, In-house Compliance team, Administration Support and full back office facilities.

The company holds FCA permissions to advise on and arrange of areas including Final Salary, Occupational and Private Pension Transfers. Training can also be provided to aid in advanced advice areas. The company covers all FCA/Cysec and PI costs.

Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)

Leads from our Marketing Company, professional connections and introducer’s may also be supplied. You will also need to self-generate opportunities through your own clients, referrals and networking. The IFA will be responsible for providing advice to their existing clients. Applicants must be Diploma qualified with experience working as an IFA. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to generate new business.

The Key Responsibilities for the role:-
– Proactive business generation using leads and existing contacts
– Advise both private and corporate clients
– Provide compliant financial advice to a high level
– Advise on: Pensions, Life cover, Investments, Estate/ IHT Planning
– Adhere to and observe all industry regulations at all times

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Independent Financial Advisers. You must be qualified to the following levels to be considered.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
– QCA Level 4 Diploma/FPC 1-2-3
– SPS
– Competent Advisor Status

Key skills and experience required:-
– Strong background with ability to prove successful track record as an IFA
– Ability to generate and manage clients
– Self-Motivated
– Willing to travel to appointments
– Current Funds Under Management and a client bank
– No Current Compliance Issues or Complaints
