Independent Central Review Team Social Worker

Our client is a leading care provider in the Merseyside area and is searching for a qualified Social Worker to join their fast paced Independent Central Review Team. The successful qualified Social Worker must possess previous experience of completing CHC (Continuing Healthcare checklist applications). To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree within social work and be registered with the HCPC. Also experience with using liquid logic is essential.

You will be working within a fast paced team to improve a range of targeted reviews and case work to ensure optimum outcomes based on an asset based assessment.

This role will involve gathering, developing and utilising information from social care databases (liquid logic). Assessing the criteria of clients within relevant timescales. Address and investigate any safeguarding concerns. Manage your time and caseload with accurate timekeeping and information recording.

To apply for this role you must hold a degree, post graduate or Professional Qualification in Social Work Hold full HCPC registration. Ideally have 1 years post graduate experience in the relevant team desirable Have Clear and valid DBS disclosure Have access to their own car.
