At Extra Personnel we are currently recruiting for 7 inbound customer service agents to work for our large public sector client based in Birmingham City Centre.
The basics:
Working hours: 2pm – 10pm / Monday to Sunday / rotating shifts 35 hours a week
Salary: £26,000per year
Interview process: an assessment held w/c 14th September
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Duration: 6 months initially
The role:
Taking inbound calls from the general public in regards to their housing enquiries, general advice and allocating an engineer will all be part of your role.
The first three weeks will be training (so no appointments or annual leave are allowed during that period) we are looking for people with excellent telephone customer service experience and preferably some public sector or housing knowledge.If you would like to be considered for this role please send your C.V to
