Implementation Consultant – HR Software

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

Implementation Consultant required by European Software Provider to work on innovative HR solutions that are provided to small to enterprise customers in over 30 countries.

Working in a small team on flexible and configurable SaaS and on premise solutions – you will be responsible for ensuring successful rollout of their HCM solution.

This may include analysis, design and development of technical aspects of the software as well as being product SME for customers.

They require the following:

* Experience working as a Technical Implementation Consultant in a software house ideally working on HR, HCM, People Management, Recruitment, Attendance or Performance solutions.

* Awareness of the technical challenge faced in software implementation projects both cloud and licensed.

* Able to gather requirements and define technical specifications.

* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Able to work closely in a team with technical and non-technical colleagues.

* A positive, “can do” attitude, flexible approach and able to take ownership of solutions and resolutions.

* Technical experience to include SQL, C# and ideally JavaScript.

Responsibilities

* Provide expert implementation, development, and product knowledge to customers across the UK.

* Facilitate or participate as Subject Matter Expert in client workshops.

* Prepare and deliver product training to client HR users, support client technical teams in knowledge transfer activities.

* Complete internal and project documentation as required (e.g., technical specifications).

* Analyse and make appropriate recommendations on technical design tasks.

* Implement the technical solutions designed and developed by the team.

* Work on Data migration process, including data mapping, data transfer and data cleansing.

Location: SE London – Remote work from home but required to work in the office 2/3 days a week. Initially more during training.
