Implementation Specialist – Orthodontics / Dental Nurse Educator / Clinical Educator Dental
Basic £35-45k, £10k Commission UNCAPPED, £560PCM car allowance and exceptional benefits

Product –
An innovative dental AI solution that through software and hardware allows remote connections between orthodontic professionals and patients, the remote monitoring solution seamlessly allows ongoing assessment of patients to ensure best clinical outcomes in dental alignment / aligner technology.
Role –
The Implementation Specialist works closely with the sales team to assist in the on-boarding and set up of new accounts then development of long term loyalty within the orthodontic practice space. Specialising in Aligner technology the Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in the conversion of high value clients into committed customers. The role will work as an integral part of post sales commitment process by providing doctors and staff with the necessary day to day training and knowledge to successfully incorporate our client’s product into the office. Their activities will include hands-on office training, staff support during the entire clinical success process from bonding to case completion as well as providing support and training to Treatment Coordinators on effective methods selling the offering to patients. In addition the role demands individuals who can identify how the offering can be integrated into and work with / improve current workflow practices to drive the need for digital patient management within the customer account.

- Dynamic Practice Manager / Dentist / Very senior Dental Nurse
- Candidates need good technical knowledge and the ability to explain clinical and technology solutions well to other dental professionals.
- Exceptionally good people skills allied with a commercial thought process
- Very organised and conscientious – candidates must take ownerships and be able to problem solve. A desire to deliver results and satisfaction to customers is key
- Candidates need to be able to communicate well and engage with stakeholders at all levels and build strong long term relationships.
