Your duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

– Planning and delivering effective training and assessments within agreed time-scales and ensure to meet or exceed contract requirements. – Observing and working within an agreed caseload of learners and quality assure practise. – Conducting regular learner reviews. – Providing constructive feedback to learners/clients and ensure this is documented. – Liaising with Performance Managers regularly to monitor and review learner achievement and learner journey. – Ensure that all award documentation complies with the standards and criteria of the relevant awarding bodies.

Essential Criteria: – 2 years recent industry experience at supervisory level within the HSC Sector (min). – A1 or D32/33 Assessor Qualification. – GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent. – Minimum level 2 in Functional Skills – Maths, English and ICT. – Relevant Technical Certificates. – Teaching qualification – AIET. – Clean driving licence and access to a car. – Ability to work flexible hours and locations. – Effective communication, planning & organisational skills. – The ability to meet a range of targets. – To be a passionate practitioner who knows and understands how learners learn. – Commitment to educational values and continuous improvement. – Confident decision maker with the abilities to influence and manage others.
