- This opportunity will play a pivotal role in the development of company strategy, acting as the number two to the MD.
- Leading a team of four HR professionals.

Our client is part of a prestigious global engineering group and are considered as the market leader. Specifically, they design, develop and manufacture of bespoke equipment and automation (please contact JMT for more detail).
JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering a modern, sustainable and effective HR and internal communication strategy to promote business culture, develop employees as well as attracting/retaining talent.
This role sits within the Senior Leadership Team and is expected to contribute to the strategic and operational management and direction of the company in pursuit of the company goals.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- MCIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum).
- Good knowledge of employment law & best practice policy & procedures.
- Proven ability in human resource management experience
- Ability to manage and direct key HR procedures such as recruitment, disciplinary and grievance, medical capability, redundancy, pay review, payroll and benefits including pension governance and exit strategies for employees
- Degree qualified or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
