Salary: £54,000 per year

Liberty HR Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a new Client based in the Portsmouth vicinity who are looking to recruit a ‘can do’ permanent HR Manager to join their fast-paced organisation.

The successful applicant will report into the Managing Director and you will have two direct reports. The responsibilities for this role are very operational and generalist, covering the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day delivery of HR, in line with the HR strategy, including;

Ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and efficient | Employee Relations | Payroll support | Absence and Performance Management | Recruitment & PSL management | Metrics | Training & Development | HRIS management | OD support

You would be working in an FMCG manufacturing business, so experience of this industry would be very favourable. Strong project management experience will also be required.

As a person you will be positive, able to use your initiative, be collaborative, a great communicator, someone who is happy with change, flexible, inclusive and have integrity. You will have high attention to detail and be very organised with the ability to multi task.

Salary is up to £54,000. You will be ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
