Salary £42,000 – £48,000
Full Time – Monday – Friday

The Role
We’re looking for a HRBP to join small generalist HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide a full range of HR services across the employee lifecycle, provide first line support to managers and employees, support a wide range of exciting projects and be a trusted HR Business partner.

Role ‘Mission’ (Key Objectives)
• Provide expert advice, guidance and practical support to managers and employees
• Recruit high quality employees across Europe to meet the needs of the business
• Take responsibility for all monthly / annual payroll and benefits processes
• Provide efficient HR administration – ensuring that all changes are actioned and that employee records are kept up-to-date at all times
• Provide regular insightful and up-to-date management information – including but not limited to key statistics, people reports, organisational charts, etc.
• Support reward and benefits activities such as annual salary review, bonus and commission management and salary benchmarking as required
• Establish relationship as HR Business Partner with key stakeholders
• Support employee communication and engagement activities
• Support and undertake employee relation issues as required

attributes and characteristics
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and it’s practical application
• Ability to persuade and influence both employees and managers
• Practical experience of providing a full range of HR Services
• Experience as a HR Business Partner (Desirable)
• Excellent HR administration skills including advanced expertise in Excel
• Collaborative and positive team player
• Able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills
• Effective communicator both verbal and written
