HR Business Partner – 3 Month Interim

HR Business Partner, London, £375 LTD, 3 month FTC

Advantage Resourcing are currently working with a leading organisation who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join the business for a three month fixed term contract.

You’ll provide HR insight and input into the development of business strategy, including responsibility for the delivery of HR strategy, in line with operational business needs; Supporting managers in enhancing business performance through improving the performance, capability and motivation of its people; Provide the HR expertise to projects; Identifying and own HR best practice on behalf of the business.

The responsibilities include:

– Provide an HR analytics function by leading on provision of value adding analysis of HR data to enable the business and HR to continuously improve its performance, inform strategy and identify priorities for action.

– Act as an intelligent customer for data and analytical services (e.g. from Finance and Evidence/Social Research) and in the short term leading the creation of a new operating model for delivery of HR and related MI both within and through the new Shared Service organisation.

– Lead on Strategic Workforce planning and associated governance reporting to Executive Committee Work with stakeholders to achieve effective strategic people outcomes through the creation and maintenance of Workforce Strategy.

– Ensure robust management and workforce information is available for Executive Committee and associated governance mechanisms, managers and business partners and that data for corporate reporting, PQ, DPA and FOIs are provided effectively

– Act as the intelligent customer and HR process owner for customers of the Shared Service provider ensuring that the organisation receives a fit for purpose, continuously improving service.

– Lead as process owner on the future transformation requirements, particularly for business intelligence requirements.

– Ensure all HR suppliers deliver value for money against clearly understood service levels or contracts and that relationships with suppliers are effectively managed.
