We have a vacancy for an Information Analyst to join a team within the main call centre department in a healthcare company based in Denton.

Based in Denton it is commutable from Hyde, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Droylsden, Stockport, Audenshaw, Manchester, Glossop, Stalybridge, Oldham, Compstall and Reddish.

Role Purpose:

· To support the business by developing reporting solutions which can deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports that are fit for purpose and meet business requirements in a timely, accurate and secure manner.
· Provide reports to support contractual obligation, for both standard contracts and any local spot contracting
· To be subject matter experts for the service level agreement data returns

Core Responsibilities:
· Develop new reporting solutions that enable us to effectively meet the requirements of the business and add value to external and internal data sources, via the internal system and excel.
· Implementing new data feeds into the data warehouse from flat files/external sources
Patient Satisfaction surveys ( Design forms, Auto Data Capture, Statistical reporting)
Business Process Mapping
Financial, and Productivity models
Key Control and Monitoring Variables
Team Management / Team & Individual training

Knowledge and Skills
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational information and recommendations
Experience of creating Resource Planning Models for front and back office
Ability to influence at Operational level
Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills
Ability to prioritise conflicting demands effectively and work to tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Creative and enthusiastic approach
Excellent Excel skills
Competent with all Microsoft Office packages
Good understanding of Call Centre Metrics
Good practical understanding of Erlang C.
Statistical analysis
Understanding of resource planning methodology

Ideally you will be working as a Senior Business Process Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Process Forecaster, Resource & Forecast Analyst or a Resource Analyst.

In return for your hard work you will receive a salary of £30,000 – £36,000with excellent benefits.
