We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an established Insurance company based in central London. Experience with large and complex software projects is critical for this role, as the successful Business Analyst will be working across a range of core systems projects, alongside a large development team.

The Business Analyst role will involve travel across several London locations, working closely with key stakeholders from all areas of the business, so personality and flexibility are key aspects for this role
Key requirements for the Business Analyst role
- Gather and define project requirements
- Liaising with external and internal customers
- Creation of all relevant project documentation
- Translating client requirements into appropriate project documents.
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
- Presenting proposals to clients.
- Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Experience with UML
- Drawing up testing schedules for the product/model testing
- Involvement in the implementation of projects.
- Providing training to users as required.
The right Business Analyst for this role will ideally have experience in the Insurance sector and will be keen to work across a wide range of IT and business projects.
The Business Analyst role is based in central London, EC2 and is paying a salary of up to £54,000.
