Are you a Housing Options Advisor?

We are currently looking to register Housing options advisors for incoming roles from our client in London.

Our Client is a large Local authority within the Greater London Area which is home to just under 220,000 people.

They are always keen to attract and keep talented workers to help deliver their services and develop their organisation and aim to recruit the right person in right job, at the right time.

Due to an internal restructure they are currently looking to take on temporary staff

Role Responsibilities:

Providing a comprehensive housing information and advice service on rehousing options, occupational rights and obligations and any other causes of homelessness.
Assist in identifying solutions through casework and referral to other services and agencies.Person Specification:

Recent Housing Options and Advice experience.
Recent Local Authority experience.
Up to date knowledge of all relevant legislation.This is a temporary role and as such does not offer training

The pay rate for this role is £19.4per hour (on a PAYE basis) or £ 20.40 per hour (if you are working through your own Ltd company or Umbrella company)
