Position: House Manager 
Location: Drayton, Hampshire 
Job type: Part-time 
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 
Salary: £26,000per year.57 per year 
Benefits: an attractive salary benefits include Group Personal Pension, Life Assurance and Medical Screening. 

About the Role: 
They are looking for a special kind of person to make this happen. Someone who understands people and can assist in helping their Homeowners get the most from their retirement, by: 
You will be responsible for helping Homeowners settle into their new home, facilitating social interaction and helping Homeowners to enjoy their lives. You will also promote good communication between Homeowners and their families, McCarthy & Stone, McCarthy & Stone Management Services and their partners and suppliers who provide support and other services. 
You will also be responsible for managing the development, the building, gardens and grounds, in an efficient and effective manner such that a safe, secure, well maintained and pleasant environment is maintained. 

About you: 
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and telephone skills, be organised and efficient and computer literate. 
You do not need a background in housing or care, as long as you have a passion to help people enjoy their lives, then you are highly encouraged to apply today. 
You may have experience of the following: Customer Services, Independent Living, Client Care, House Manager, Housing Assistant, Retirement Officer, Customer care, Retirement Community, Residential Care, Housing Officer, Support Assistant, Customer Service etc.
