Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year
We are currently working on behalf of our client in the Dartford area who are looking to recruit a Home Manager for a 22 bed home. The home is a small home set in beautiful grounds, providing care to 22 elderly residents.
The Managers role is to ensure that the home and staff are compliant with CQC regulations whilst maintaining a level of care that is second to none.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• A level 4 or above in Health and Social care
• Previous Managerial experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance.
• Strong leadership skills
