I have a fantastic opportunity for a nurse qualified Home Manager to join one of the UK’s largest care providers with a great reputation at one of their beautiful homes In Warrington.The role offers the chance to working within a stable team of staff and to further expand your knowledge and management skills. The organization ensures they provide care at the highest standard across all of their homes as well as creating a safe and healthy environment for all staff and residents.
The duties as Registered Manager will Involve –
· Being staffs focal point of call
· Retaining occupancy
· Ensuring CQC requirements are met
· Building close relationships with resident’s and their families
· Ensuring care is provided at the highest standard
· Raise profile of the home
· Developing the home
The ideal Registered Manager will be
· RGN qualified
· Dementia care experienced
· Fantastic management experience
· Evidence of CQC knowledge
· Staff management skills
· Strong communication skill
