Brand new role for a Sage 200 Account Manager to join a leading Sage software reseller. This company has been incredibly successful over the last 30 years and has won several prestigious awards. They are the largest Sage partner in the UK and sell the full range of Sage Accounting, ERP and CRM software.

The role will be home based, you could live anywhere from Sheffield, through the Midlands to Hampshire in the South. Your territory will be the Midlands and the South of England, and you will be expected to travel to client sites where required, and to make visits to head office in the North. Base salary is up to £38k dependent on experience, with a very generous car allowance and uncapped OTE potential of £60k.

You will be responsible for looking after an established Sage 200 client base. You need to be able to maintain and build on these relationships, inspiring trust and confidence and ensuring that clients are happy and satisfied with the service offering, as well ensuring that you spot and then optimise opportunities to sell and promote additional products, support services and licenses. You will focus on ensuring that you gain repeat business and that you manage client expectations.

You should have a good understanding of business processes to ensure that the solutions offered to your clients’ meet and exceed their needs.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

*Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive

*A consultative soft sell approach

*Good all round knowledge of the Sage 200 product

*Ability to identify, qualify and develop new opportunities

*A track record of generating increased revenue from an existing client base

*Experience of account managing and /or selling Sage 200 products

*Strong communication and negotiation skills

*Relationship building skills, with a focus of delivering high levels of customer service
