Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is an ambitious healthcare recruitment business in a period of growth with plans to continue their success, and are now seeking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. Salary circa £26,000 plus bonus (based on 2 days per week), however they are flexible for up to 3 days per week, and negotiable on salary. This is a home based role, you will join a small national recruitment team with a friendly and hardworking ethos.
You role will involve all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial advertising and candidate attraction, through registration, candidate checks and compliance, through to successful placement. You will work on a mix of temporary and permanent positions across the UK from entry level up to senior healthcare positions. Day to day duties will include but not be limited to, advertising on job boards, other talent attraction and resourcing, candidate registrations, pre employment and compliance checks, DBS, CV writing, and other general administration to support the recruitment process.
