Salary: £18 – £30 per hour
This is a temp to perm role
Looking for a heating engineer that has both domestic & commercial qualifications & experience. Also able to do underfloor heating service & repair & non-intrusive leak detection, training provided if required for these additional services. Previous experience would be an advantage though. Relevant gas qualifications including ccn1 & boilers & relevant commercial gas qualifications with appliances.
Applicants would need. Strong gas & Electrical diagnostic, fault finding & troubleshooting capabilities as a majority of work is repairs. To cover London & the home counties that does not mind a bit of traveling.
Ideally term-perm between £18 – £30 ph or 35k-45k negotiable depending on experience. Working m-f 8am-5pm flexible early or late starts where required, making a 45-hour week. Bonus structure for getting more than 20 hours pw booked onsite at time & half. No current requirements for weekend service (will bring this back in future & required to cover 1 in 4) Van & fuel card supplied.
The candidate would ideally be located around the SW area of London boroughs out towards SW section of M25.
