What is the role?
The career of a recruitment consultant is challenging, rewarding and fast paced; the harder you work, the more successful you will be. You are required to manage the whole recruitment process through activities such as:
Candidate attraction and registration
Cold calling
Interviewing candidates for the role
Making sure your candidates have the right qualifications for your roles
Preparing your candidates for interviews
Liaising and giving feedback to candidates and clients
Developing and managing your sector.
Candidate and Client Negotiation.
Market research.
Maintaining and surpassing KPI targets.
Responsibilities Include
Making recommendations to clients in the area regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements.
Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.
Sourcing candidates through existing databases, advertising, internet, business contacts and direct recruiting.
Liaising with team-mates to accomplish business growth goals.
