Health & Social Care Teacher

Salary: £180 – £228 per day

Eden Brown Education is working with a leading Further Education College in Egham to recruit for a part time Health & Social Care Lecturer.

We are looking for a temporary Health & Social Care Lecturer with the ability to deliver the first year Extended certificate in Health and Social care.

This role is part time hours, starting early June until the end of the academic year. Working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You will also be marking work and tutoring students to catch up where necessary.

You will have relevant vocational or teaching experience, a strong commitment to and enjoy working with and enthusing young adult learners.

Applicants are required to have

– Have proven experience teaching the subject
– Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
– Be able to teach creatively and be willing to explore new teaching and learning strategies
– A recognised teaching qualification
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is on the update service, or be prepared to apply for one
