Health and Safety Advisor

A market leading forward thinking leisure organisation are currently looking to recruit for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team covering sites UK wide.

This is an exciting opportunity to join this newly created role due to the organisations rapid expansion over the last couple of years, they currently have c.50 sites nationwide and service over 10 million customers per year. As the Health and Safety Advisor you will play a key part in driving safety excellence forward across these sites. The company are accredited to ISO14001,9001 and OHSAS18001 and as the Health and Safety Advisor you will be responsible for managing the accreditations

Reporting into the Head of Health and Safety as the Health and Safety Advisor you will cover nationwide where you will conduct site inspections, provide support and advice to the sites and report back to the Head of H&S.

To be considered for the role of Health and Safety Advisor you will;

* Hold the NEBOSH certificate as a minimum
* Gravitas to liaise with senior members of the business
* Self-driven individual able to work autonomously
* Experience working within leisure/ retail/ property/ public safety environments within H&S

Please note this role is covering sites across England and Wales and candidates will be required to travel to sites on a weekly basis. Ideal location for individuals to be based will be within the M25 or Home Counties due to the location of the sites.

Salary for the role of Health and Safety Advisor is paying £36,000 – £42,000+ Car + Mileage + Death in service + company benefits and we have interview dates lined up for the first couple of weeks in May.
