£20,000 – £35,000 basic, realistic first year OTE of £40-60K+

The role:

The role offers vast career opportunities with comprehensive training from theleaders in Executive Search. You will become an expert in the art of Executive Search. You will:

Interview senior level executives
Develop existing client relationships & win new business
Manage accounts
Manage projects
Manage client communications
Create individual candidate profiles
Form a job profile which candidates can be accessed against
Create strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients and candidates
Network with industry sourcesYou will have:

Impeccable organisational skills
Good new business development experience (B2B)
Excellent communication skills
Degree or equivalent (non-essential)
Drive to achieve a successful career
A confident and proactive nature
A demonstrable track record of success in your previous work related experiences
The ability to converse with high worth individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
Preferably a recruitment, sales or executive search background
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
