The restaurant is currently seeking a professional Head Waiter/Assistant Manager to join their team of 6 front of house staff. They are looking for someone who is passionate about food, fluent in English, takes pride in there immaculate appearance and has previous experience in award winning restaurants or hotels. It is imperative that the successful Head Waiter/Assistant Manager has good leadership skills as well as being inspiring and outgoing. Within this role you will run sections of the floor and will often need to step in to oversee the smooth running of the entire front of house operations.
