Brasserie Waiter

**WAITING STAFF, EPSOM SURREY, £16,000 – £18,000***

We are currently looking to recruit waiting staff for a gorgeous establishment in Surrey. There are two exclusive fine dining restaurants and also great sporting facilities at the club. They are now expanding their team and would like passionate waiting staff to join them.

The Role:

To arrive on duty in accordance with the roster and the Standards of Appearance as laid out in the Standards of Performance manual
Liaise with the managers on a daily basis
Assist in welcoming and seating of guests as required
Ensure all members/guests bills are correct and amended when necessary
Ensure that all bills have been paid. Ensure restaurant is correctly set up for each shift to the required standard
Refer to managers any complaints from guests as soon as possible
To take equal responsibility for training within the department in liaison with the managers
Demonstrate and maintain high levels of customer service
Be fully conversant with and comply with the rules of the Clubhouse Health & Safety Policy
To carry out any other duties as may be appropriate to the grade and scope of the postThe Candidate:

They are looking for a someone with a proven track record of waiting
Experience in silver service would be a benefit but not essential
