Salary: £60,000 – £78,000 per year

Driven by storytelling whilst displaying a balanced focus on being both creative and commercial, the position of Head of Social Media requires you to be highly motivated.

The position of Head of Social Media is simply designed to own the social media strategies, from creation through to implementation.

Key responsibilities will include:

Design and deliver a world class social media strategy
Develop a highly engaging organic customer engagement strategy, through organic social utilising all content forms including video on platforms like TikTok and IGTV.
Lead Paid Social activity
Execute the strategy across all markets, setting standards and developing independent local teams capable of delivering the strategy in their areas
Implement an end-to-end, data driven analytical approach to Social Media activity with effective analysis of performance.
Optimise all social activity to ensure optimal customer experience and efficiency.
Utilise the latest technology to optimise through a test and learn approach.
Drive customer insights and be a customer thought-leader in the business.
Data driven testing approach to work with our creative team to deliver exception UX.
Experience in customer specific optimisation initiatives for acquisition, retention and implement the learning for testing and own the development pipeline with our development team.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced KPI focused world.
