Our client is a well established large training provider looking for the following person to join the team –

Head of Skills – Service Design

£38,000 – £45,000

Midlands would be ideal location to travel nationally, although we will not rule out other central locations.

The Head of Skills – Service Design will lead the development of all new and existing Service Delivery Models ensuring the needs of learners, employers and funders are met.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing complex and meaningful service delivery models to meet the needs of service users, the commissioner as well as the business objectives.

Superior communication skills are a pre-requisite as you will be liaising with numerous cross-functional internal and external teams as well as managing the expectations of senior stakeholders up to Director level.

Essential Skills, attributes and experience

in a curriculum/service design role within a high performing College or Independent Training Provider
A background in process/system design
Involvement in networks across the Skills sector
Detailed knowledge of current sector best practice in terms of Skills delivery models across a range of sectors
Significant commercial acumen and analytical skills
Experience in designing technology solutions for the Skills sector
Effective and experienced communicator at a senior level
