Head of QA & Testing (Online Enviroment)

Head of QA & Testing to work for a FTSE100 organisation. Our customer is the market leader in their field and is a house hold know organisation. This is a new role due to growth within their online/digital business; they are now seeking a Head of QA & Testing to join their team based in Harrow.

The nature of the role will be to manage a team of 100 Testing staff. This will be through a number of direct reports and 3rd parties. You will be responsible defining strategy and managing change. You will work very closely with the IT Applications leadership team and will also manage 3rd party suppliers.

As this is a new role you will be responsible for defining the landscape of the position and your division.

The ideal candidate will be a senior Test leader with similar experience to the above. You will have experience of defining strategies and working with 3rd parties. Experience of working within a online or digital background is seen as highly desirable.

Package – £80k – £85k + £7.5k Car Allowance + 73.5% Bonus
