Head of Product required to join a a leading ecommerce business. They are the number one brand within their category in the UK and are growing quickly in the US and Europe. Operating within a fast-paced, data-driven environment, they fearlessly embrace rapid action, bold decisions, and an unwavering commitment to achieving results.

You will lead the Global Product team to bring the value proposition to life through a clear and ambitious Product vision, strategy, and platform, utilising quantitative insights and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global product vision and strategy to align with the global business objectives.
• Collaborate with the CTO to deliver an optimum tech platform solution that aligns with product objectives.
• Partner with key functions to integrate the platform with CRM, Contact Centre, and Data Warehouse.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer insights, emerging technologies, and advancements in digital, social, and mobile applications.
• Work directly with digital leadership to implement an efficient digital and product roadmap.

Your Profile

• Product Management experience role within a B2C/D2C environment
• Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle
• Strong people leadership principles with a passion for developing others.
• Expert in influencing and partnering with cross-functional teams.
