Head of Performance Marketing

Salary: £150,000 per year

We are looking for a leader and career performance marketer, with a strong analytical mindset and technical skillset.

In this role you will directly manage and lead a growing team of specialist display and paid social marketers (19+ employees) in Düsseldorf, London, and Warsaw. Chief responsibility for Display, Paid Social and App Marketing Accounts for Europe. Development of Paid Social beyond retargeting and further development of all other measures. Responsible for a large performance marketing budget with the continuous achievement of goals. Conceptual and strategic development of online marketing strategy. You will have in-depth knowledge of the relevant developments in performance marketing as well as their evaluation and, if necessary, subsequent implementation. Close collaboration with other business areas such as brand, sales and product/IT.

Core Skills

* Several years of leadership experience, ideally in an international environment

* Strong analytical skills

* Relevant professional experience in performance-oriented online marketing in display, Paid social, app marketing and campaign management – ideally with management of larger budgets

* Experience in dealing with large and international account and campaign setups as well as their automation

* Very good knowledge of the tools and networks relevant in performance marketing, e.g., bid management, tracking, AdWords, analytics as well as other performance-oriented technologies and providers

* Proactivity coupled with communication skills.

* Fluent knowledge of English in word and writing, German an advantage

* Willingness to travel (max 1-2 days per week)
